Celebrating the University of Minnesota Homecoming with Storybook Character Day

At The Pillars of Prospect Park, we have the opportunity to partake in Minneapolis and St. Paul’s events and activities. As students return to the University of Minnesota, we’ve been enjoying the hustle and bustle of the nearby campus. Since a lot of the residents at The Pillars of Prospect Park were former professors or students at the University of Minnesota, we love to celebrate alongside the students.

On September 20th, we hosted Storybook and Movie Character Day to honor homecoming week! We dressed up in characters from our favorite books and movies.

Can you name all the characters in the photo below?

It was a day for the books! There were creative costumes and we swapped some stories. It was the perfect way to celebrate homecoming week at the University of Minnesota.
