Hello, my name is Haley Hjort. Prior to joining The Pillars of Grand Rapids team, I was the Executive Director at different Assisted Living and Memory care facility in Grand Rapids. I love what I do with a passion! I have had experience with start up communities before and I found the challenge and opportunity to create and be a part of a new community a rewarding experience. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato and my Master's Degree is Healthcare Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul. I have 5 years of leadership experience in long term care settings and in that time have learned and acquired skills to best lead and serve this population. I'm looking forward to helping The Pillars of Grand Rapids grow and welcome new friends, residents and staff into our beautiful community!Close -
